Every square inch of this 3 storey character home was touched in some way. The exterior paint was refreshed with a modern touch and bold new street numbers were added to help this tired property stand out. Removal of 70's panelling revealed beautiful curved walls that were brightened throughout using Behr "Simply White". The wall separating the previous dining and kitchen areas was replaced with an LVL beam to create a stunning open concept in this extra large kitchen. Flow was added to the main floor by reopening a once closed doorway between the now dining into the kitchen creating a functional round about floor plan. Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms were brightened by removal of wallpaper, panelling and installing a small, functional window where a stationary AC unit once hung. Laundry was relocated from the basement to the second floor porch for convenience, while the wall between the water closet and tub room was removed creating one large bathroom. The third floor was transformed from 3 bedrooms to one large primary with full bath ensuite and large walk in closet creating a breathtaking oasis for homeowners or grandparents suite. In floor heat was installed on all tiled surfaces including the primary ensuite, second floor guest bath and entire kitchen footprint.
